Joan did an excellent job of soliciting my business: she came up with a plan and she provided me with excellent marketing information about my property, and demonstrated that she understood the apartment building market so that I felt confident in going with her, as opposed to another Realtor who was offering a lower percentage, but did not have the expertise in apartment buildings that Joan clearly had. It took a while for me to decide how to proceed and she was very patient. It paid off well. We did much better than I expected, and we had a contract after only 2 or 3 days on the market.
I was and am very impressed with her performance. I believe Joan is the best agent you have. She did above and beyond in her service.

I contacted her after speaking with Chris the Manager of El Lago, who told me she was the best in the area...He was spot on. Joan went out of her way on many occasions on this sale. As I live near O'Hare its often difficult for me to get to the condo, and she was of great help to me. Her knowledge of the area, building, and experience, I believe, made this a fairly easy sell. She was always available for discussions or problems and put up with my rantings!! The sale is finally over, and I got pretty close to the asking price.
